Connect an AI assistant

This app exposes an MCP server so AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor can read your plans, logs, and history as you. You approve access once with your app sign-in, and the assistant never sees more than your account allows.

Use this exact URL when adding the connector in any AI client below.

Add a custom connector in Claude

  1. 1Open your profile menu → Settings → Connectors.
  2. 2Choose Add custom connector.
  3. 3Name it (e.g. Behavior Change Plan) and paste the MCP server URL above.
  4. 4Click Add, then approve access on the consent page that opens — sign in with your app account.

Good to know

  • The assistant acts as you — it can only touch the plans and logs your own account can access.
  • If we ship changes to the exposed tools, refresh or re-add the connector in your client so it picks up the new tool list.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your AI client's connector settings.
